From start to finish - a perfectly pleasant experience of 2 nights. Very very helpful and excellent staff at all times. Situated in an absolutely ideal spot.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect in the old town center, and I loved being so close to everything. The hotel facilities were perfect, and well kept. Having access to the garden facing the river was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick responses to any issues I had. it was a fantastic experience.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

It had a perfect setting adjacent to the old town of Heidelberg, and the Neckar river and pedestrian bridge. In fact, it was located right near the area where you find restaurants. Overall had a perfect experience of 2 nights.

Unfortunately, no receptionist.

Satisfied with location and people, they were beautiful. Had easy check in. The staff members were helpful. Magnificent and best possible location, near main street and a castle and near Church of the Holy Spirit.

Our recent stay at Bs Luxury Suites was fantastic. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had a fine view of the river. We loved the modern facilities and the easy access with the door code. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. it was a great experience.

it was particularly good and stunning close to everything we wanted to see. in fact, the property was short walk to point of interest, castle, and the center of the old city.

We stayed at Bs Luxury Suites and had a fantastic experience. the ground floor and attic studio apartments were both amazing. the walk up to the attic was definitely worth it for the breathtaking view of the castle and the river. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had good basic equipment. the location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. We also felt safe parking in the nearby public car park. the self check-in process with the code was convenient, and the apartment itself was modern and stylish. highly recommended. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The setting is incredible and the rooms are beautifully designed, with all the necessary facilities in new condition.

Loved having my own apartment with a terrace and beautiful views. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the theater. Free WiFi and a lovely garden. So nice to have the whole place to myself.

Oh, and who needs an airport nearby when you have no kitchen towels or good salad bowls? Classic luxury experience.

Located in the heart of the old city center, Bs Luxury Suites offers a prime location for exploring all the tourist attractions in the area. With its close proximity to the train station and bus stops, getting around is a breeze. the apartment itself provides a comfortable and clean space for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. the well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals and the bathroom provides all the necessary amenities.

One aspect that could be improved is the communication and responsiveness of the staff. In one instance, when a mistake was made during the reservation process, the hotel failed to provide the requested additional bedding, despite the guests' willingness to pay for the extra.

The apartment was well-equipped, cozy, and comfortable with beautiful views of the Neckar River. The garden was lovely and easy to access. The neighboring units were quiet.

Missing some minor details such as a room guide with basic info. No staff on site for assistance.
